There was a time I simply ignored the articles and TV programs on reducing weight and such. They’re only for big large people. I’ll never be one.
But times change. All this sitting in a chair thing is slowly but steadily transforming me from a teeny little boy to a wannabe big bear. My tummy’s showing signs of protruding and I’m shit scared it will end up as a beer belly.
And I ended up today reading a ‘From overweight to healthy‘ article on Zen Habits. Sigh. Poor me.
